My Journey to Ayurveda
My purpose in life is to help people feel healthier, more balanced, and more connected to themselves.
I believe that many physical symptoms—whether they show up as skin issues, digestive problems, fatigue, inflammation, or emotional stress—are signals of deeper imbalances in the body and mind.
I began my career as an esthetician, but while working with clients, I realized that true healing couldn't come from surface solutions alone. I was searching for a system that looked at the whole person—and that search led me to Ayurveda.
Ayurveda transformed how I understand health. It revealed how digestion, lifestyle, stress, emotions, and daily habits shape how we feel and function. Since then, I have completed over 4,500 hours of Ayurvedic education and earned my credentials as a Certified Ayurvedic Doctor (AyD), Ayurvedic Clinical Specialist (CAP/AP), and Ayurvedic Health Counselor (AHC).
Today, I work with clients of all ages and backgrounds, supporting a wide range of health challenges through a deeply personalized, holistic approach. To guide this work, I developed my own system of 10 Skin–Body Types, which helps me understand each client's unique patterns and create practical, realistic plans that restore balance.
My goal is not just to relieve symptoms, but to help you understand your body, trust its wisdom, and feel supported on your healing journey.
